Breakfast
Here are some things that I have been eating for breakfast, ..pretty self explanatory if you read the title.
Oatmeal and (wild)Blueberries!
Whole wheat waffle, greek yogurt, and more blueberries!
Whole wheat toast, organic peanut butter, and banana!

Rules
All food consumed can only have 5 or less ingredients or you must be able to make it yourself, snacking throughout the day as opposed to 3 large meals, 64 oz of water a day or more, no refined ingredients, try to stick to natural, healthy foods.
